1. Acceptance of Conditions
By utilizing the ByrdStrike LLC digital infrastructure, software suites, or research databases, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. Our services are designed for professional research purposes, requiring adherence to strict computational ethics and integrity protocols. Unauthorized access to proprietary frameworks is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under governing cyber-security laws.
2. Bio-Data Processing & Ethics
Users are responsible for ensuring that all datasets uploaded to the systems are sourced ethically and comply with global privacy standards, including but not limited to GDPR and HIPAA where applicable. ByrdStrike LLC provides high-purity processing through advanced algorithms; however, the final scientific validation and diagnostic interpretation remain the sole responsibility of the authorized user. We do not provide clinical medical advice.
3. Intellectual Property Protocol
All computational models, underlying source code, visualization outputs, and structural blueprints hosted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ByrdStrike LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize specific research results for peer-reviewed publication provided that appropriate methodology attribution is given. Reverse engineering of our bioinformatics data-purity engines constitutes a breach of contract.
4. Liability & Scope
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByrdStrike LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including loss of data integrity or research funding disruptions. Our computational outputs are technical predictions based on digital modeling and should be verified through lab experimentation before applied deployment.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of ByrdStrike LLC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the site or content shall be instituted through binding arbitration in a neutral forum. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
